I didn't find it difficult at all.
Just run with your squad and shoot people with the syrette pistol. It takes about 10 rounds if you only get 300 health replenished per match. I found hipfiring the syrette works better to get the dart to lock on. YMMV.

Well my mates and I these days play mostly TDM which is a bit harder to stay in a formation at, but I finally did it.
I will keep the advice about placing the box at doorways in mind though.
I also wonder if we will lose the ability to carry medic boxes with the drones alone with the c5.
