I usually prefer an ammo crate as secondary gadget to refill the Syringe Pistol, and most important, let other people revive, so you can heal the other 50hp.
But I have to admit, you may need a lobby that actually is interested in playing the objective. Snipers at max distance from the objectives rarely need heals.
Syringe pistol refills automatically. It's a specialist gadget.
@Noodlesocks Hmm need to check that. It didn't do that during technical playtest and beta. And I only use Falck for the occasional weekly task.
