hardcore full xp server? how????

How to create a hardcore full xp server?

I see several hardcore servers with changes in soldier health and global damage and they are all at full xp. But if I create the exact same experience my server is XP restricted. Why can't I create and others can?
Why when I mess with the soldier's health or damage the server automatically gets restricted xp?
What am I doing wrong? do i need to pay to have my hardcore full xp server?

@chapoFPS Hey friend, no worries. Any changes in settings on the experience editor aside from "AI" and "Rules Editor" do not actually reduce xp, it's simply a glitch that the portal team is tracking. When you host the experience, you will still get full xp, and others can see your server has full xp. Feel free to visit hhc.gg/discord since we have plenty of experience with this and host those servers daily.

@chapoFPS I configured 2 servers and tested last night. Hardcore as long as there are no bots does indeed track full XP / Ribbons, and weapon attachments.
