Ahh -- but it is !!
Two weeks ago, this is just where I came across 'wall glitchers' : I remember placing a Claymore in the exact position in the hope that they DIED !!
They do not Position the Spawn Beacon here, it is a place to enter the map

Spawn beacon positioned there -- I doubt it ; an intense battle was going on in the tunnel ; a beacon would have been seen and destroyed

Spent 10 minutes on Redacted (using an 'experience' code - just me and Bots) and can't place the Spawn Beacon to do the 'Wall Glitch' (there are videos on 'tube' as to where to place it) - so, maybe you are correct.....
I was in the tunnel from D to C tonight when an enemy appeared behind me exactly where the wall glitch was.
Turns out the spot is actually just a completely normal spawn point if you try to spawn on D or C and the flag is unsafe 🙂
- @b0gart-555 Yes I know where they used to place the beacon to exploit the glitch, you could also reveal them with Blasco's device. I haven't checked since also because I did not see any sus behaviour. But thank you for testing this in a bot mode!
The main area where I would see people emerge from the walls was between B and C, not A and B.
Spawns in this game are horrible! When you select an objective to spawn on many times it will put you way off the objective. It is not uncommon to spawn right in front of or behind an enemy.
