YES I have been banned recently!!!
I have my EA account since 2011, I never attempted cheating on any games I play online or would even know how to attempt to cheat. I've scanned my PC for malware, checked my anti-cheat settings in EA and everything checks out.
I've submitted 2 disputes on the ban and received the EXACT same response you posted above. I received the original ban email on April 21st 2025 9:08pm CST. This is unbelievable and unacceptable from EA support staff. I've asked them to provide a date/time when the cheating occurred or what was detected as cheating. They said they cannot disclose this information.
Also I had not played the game for 2+ weeks prior to receiving the ban notice so I'd like to know how my account was cheating when I was not using it.
I've been a loyal PAYING EA customer for years and now I'm banned from a $80 game I purchased. Not to mention they're refusing a refund now. Please EA support staff, please help us. It's not a coincidence all of these users have experienced a ban recently and have no history of cheating.
