hey there greatings from Guatemala.
I get banned my acount on jan. and ocurr the same, no using cheats and get ban, and no response whit proves and no solutions. I NEVER USE CHEATS. and the spanish language help no working.
All I can advise you is that you keep trying to appeal. Many users have had their accounts unbanned without explanation.
