Yes, it would be nice to have Haven in Team Deathmatch.
Im sure it will be added at some point. TDM around C would be wild
They have to make the tiny amount of actual new content last 16+ weeks. Almost certainly TDM along with the typical portal "new content" created by customers will be trickled out during this time.
Why you would want that? It's another crap map with terrible colors, disability, camping, getting shot from all directions, terrible spawns pfff did I forget something? It's one of the worst of mediocre maps what the rest is
