I appreciate that the minimum player count in the lobby was lowered to 12 from 16 (EDIT: this returned to 16, please change it back to 12!). However, sometimes there's still quite a bit of a long wait to reach that threshold, as many players drop out or the population may be low and/or we must wait for players to join from another HZ match/server that's already in progress (up to 15+ min).
And, once we reach that minimum player count, players must wait an additional 60 seconds in the lobby before the match "begins", where you're next taken to the specialist selection screen (taking up another 75 seconds or so of mandatory wait time, which in this case is understandable as the game is locked in and ready to go so it's not a huge deal).
Please decrease the lobby's "starting" countdown timer by at least 30 seconds.

I see that the req'd player count to start a match went back up to 16 with this last update... please change this back down 12.

This needs to get priority and get fixed ASAP.
I have had times recently where the counter said 4 players online when there were 40+ !!!

It affects all players on all platforms before every single round, as far as I know.

As a compromise, if 12 players is too low in general, then how about a 12 player minimum to start if the total HZ mode population is < X across all servers in the region?
Once the region's total population threshold is reached, then the game should dynamically increase it back to 16.
And, that's in addition to the 30s reduction in the lobby's countdown timer when that threshold is reached.
