Hazard Zone - Bring back 12 Player Start

Also, Playing hazard games are needed to the platinum trophy! Last couple days I have extracted up 10 Data Drivers while with my team up to 30 in total, but I got no results at all! At the score board shows "no data drivers extractions" which sucks!

This game mode is awesome, it just need to be better worked at/enhanced..maybe bringing up some specific guns/gears/uniforms camouflages/skins to make it more attractive for the overall players. Skins that are only available for those getting some amount of data drives, or player kills, or IA kills, etc!

Again, it is a nice game mode, it just need a bit more attention to it I would say!

@ParaVelho Yes, a lot on people I game with in Hazard Zone have been getting the zero stats after the round. Disappointing, but should be an easy fix.
