@85EagleScoutSennheiser GSP350 on PC now. After a good 10 years, I had to replace my Sennheiser 3D G4me 7.1 headset. They were amazing, but I got them when single and had the bucks to afford them lol, when the foam pads finally rotted off my head I could only get the 350. They’re good, but not as good.
Keep girlfield vs new headphones

@FlibberMeister thanks for the response and really leaning towards the sennheiser brand. I only play fps games mostly battlefield and a fps vet even before the battlefield series came out....married 6 kids all grown....pushing 52 and sitting in the number 1 spot in play time in the world on xbox for 2042...but im using a 5 year old Turtle Beach - Ear Force XO One Amplified Gaming Headset and Headset Audio Controller and how much of a difference between these two? its not like you can go try them all out.
- ATFGunr3 years agoLegend@85EagleScout I think very highly of Sennheiser, with excellent sound and comfort. Some can be very tight, if they say “noise canceling” that means tight on your head and eventual ear discomfort. I live with that as I want the best sound as it makes a difference in (other) games for footsteps etc. The quality of the two headsets I’ve had is excellent. Price is an issue with Sennheiser, they’re expensive for what you get. If you’ve got the bucks and want excellent sound and quality, then go for it.

Using audio-technica ATH M50x with no issues. Cheap desk mic.

im using steelseries arctis pro with game dac, ps5. they are very comfy with great sounds. if you use partys a lot you can adjust game sound and peoples mic volume at a press of a button.
i did previously have 2 sets of sennheiser with mixamp, you would benefit greatly by adding a mixamp as this really brings the sounds out.
