Heartbeat sound when downed - a way to remove it?

I know it’s an irrational idea but hearing the heartbeat sound makes me extremely anxious and i couldn’t find any way to remove it. I really want to play the game but I had to uninstall it and request a refund due to just that noise. Is there a way to modify the sound file so it’s silent instead?
