We could definitely use dedicated AA stations
I honestly do not really see aircraft ignoring each other much in 2042. That was a BFV thing.
But in the case of nightbirds, they are so small that other pilots prefer to avoid hurting their eyes trying to find which pixel is the nightbird before they are too close
