That is quite a serious offense if it is done on purpose.
I would recommend trying to raise awareness for it on another thread.
Because this is not about helicopter balancing but about people working with others on the other team to make the gameplay miserable to everyone else.

- @UP_Hawxxeye I have already did, multiple times, either on the in game report and in the forums but EA doesn't bother to enforce their own ToS policies.
I just had a game like that today, and they agree to it in the in game chat
