Helicopter flare cooldown and maneuverability need to be nerfed

The game feels like a helicopter simulator in its current state and becomes boring to play as an infantry or another vehicle.
Their flares reload too quickly and if the pilot plays in hide-and-seek style, they don't die for the whole round. It's simply because defenders don't even have any anti-air and they depend on lock-on missiles on most breakthrough maps.

The latest flare cooldown buffs killed the purpose of lock-ons, and stealth helicopters can't even be locked at all without hacking. But people already learned to play against hacking mechanics, so they drop flares as soon as they hear a hacking sound which makes the stealth helicopter only vulnerable to TGM-Missile from Lis.

The Stealth mechanic should have a short duration, it shouldn't work like "activate and forget" style.

I suggest nerfing helicopter maneuverability and increasing flare cooldowns so that it leaves a vulnerable duration for lock-on missiles. Currently, it's looping like firing the flares, hiding behind a building or mountain, then attacking again in a short time. Flares almost instantly reload anyway.

Transport helicopters are even tankier than M1 Abrams, they suck missiles up like a sponge but stay alive for the whole round by using hide-and-seek tactics. It isn't normal at all.
