First everybody knows in gaming world that "only pilots in BF" are not good pilots....
Why will you ask? Because it's easier to farm infantry focused on ground objectives, while most oponents don't have any tool to defend or retaliate....
For example playing air superirity would make other players able to play with you... But we all know you're not looking for this as you talk about infantry timer on spawn...
BF franchise has some good pilots, but the franchise is well known for attrack bad pilots. The good ones go in other games. Battlefield is farm simulator for "only pilots".
Good pilots seek fighting, not fishing in a barrel with grenades....
Battlefield 2042 offer the minimum for a pilot, it's barely fun... BUT ! You can farm infantry and get big ratio far more easilly than with anything else in the game. If you like piloting BF2042 is one of the worst game available... No you look to have an advantage ingame that's it. At least don't lie to yourself.
You don't agree and pretend to be good? Show me any stronger asset in the game... oups you failed... You use ONLY the strongest part of the game... that's it.
Before you bring the second hilarious joke of "bad only pilots".... Battlefield is about vehicules go play COD if you don't like them....
I'll answer it. BF is FPS game, meaning infantry with vehicules support. Not the oposite. It's designed to play mostly infantry and sometimes vehicules but low players prefer to play only vehicules because it help them a lot.

1 - Because you can play as you want, but you're facing a limitation for noobs and complain about it... Yea you have to wait in spawn, but only because you're bad and can't play normally...
You don't want 2 minutes waiting in spawn? Play it as intended and don't try to turn it in easy farm simulator.
2- Your first sentence... "it's too spammy".... THIS was hilarious from someone who spam rockets on the ground with infinite ammo....
In conclusion you want all advantages, using strongest assets for yourself without any penalties....
And you claim to be "good" while complaining here ?
You can play as you want, but while doing this you penalise your team because they have one less player when you lose minutes in spawn menu. And then you prevent others from accessing the vehicules because you monopolise them. And for bad result (you're complaining aboutt missiles spam and spawn timers) you lose those vehicules fast.
In a few lines you've just shown that you're not a good pilot, you're a bad Battlefield player and most important an awfull teammate ruining team's chances with bad behaviour.
You should consider playing the game as intended and not twist it to hard to your advantage or go play another game.

I do play infantry and vehicules because it's how the game is designed to be played, and because it helps me a lot in every situation because i know the limitations and strenghs of my oponents ingame.

Here is one of the top ones, he's no joke and knows the game. Look how he fly and maybe you won't have to come back to defend the "good pilots are mad to spend all their time in the spawn screen becauses AA is OP".
Practice, use good advices from the bests, and then come back to talk about balancing.

Play like bots, get farmed like bots. I wish I had servers like that lmao. I get hacked and stinger spammed more in the first 5 minutes of game than he did in those 2 videos combined.

Dude, join Silk discord if you link him as the best one. His opinion is that heli is close to unplayable on any decent server if multiple Lis are shooting at you. Also, since you don't know anything about helis and it shows with your comments like "i won't pretend to be a very good pilot, average i'd say." - why bother posting your inexperienced opinion?
PS - you can check OP stats and decide how good he is as well. It doesn't have anything to do with helis being weak compared to previous BFs at this current point though.

So why should air get a break? The expectation that a game with 32-64 opponents and only 1 gets to engage you is a completely moronic expectation. It just shows the entitlement attitude with gaming.
Oh and for the record as someone who finally T1'd Lis, if youre dying to Lis, accelerate and you wont. Turn and you wont. Adjust pitch, go higher. The Lis rocket is the easiest things to avoid. Fly around a building, out of bounds.
Now after about 300 kills, I learned the pattern of pilots and planned my rockets accordingly. I began to down Tbirds and Stealths which are one hits. Not because they are easy, but because the pilots have enjoyed such an easy time of it, they became lazy pilots.LOL, multiple Lis. That was hilarious. Hey everybody, the air pilot who has unlimited ammo and rockets thinks its unfair to team up on them.
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA@Padding_Ur_StatsLiz has unlimited ammo too with higher delay. Let's not go there. Every other ground vehicle has it also.
Imo you shouldn't have that 1 hit reward with 20x spawn timer difference. If helo would instant spawn, you know, i wouldn't be here.
The best pilots all left 2042 because it **bleep**ing sucks. Let me get hacked, AA turreted, while also getting locked into by a stinger while in the meantime someone is flying a controllable missile twords me on a map that has legit zero **bleep**ing cover other than the massive middle building that has 30 people standing around it with rpgs and tanks. Flying in 2042 is dog water bro. Any good pilot plays in reverse boosted lobbies.
