@goosesuecsWhile I do understand and partially agree that all the aircraft need some tuning, I think you will shortly find that most people will disagree with your overall point.
Also, I do not think EA DICE really need to worry about them just yet when they are not game-breaking... they have bigger things they need to fix (read: optimization, scoreboard, teamplay mechanics / features, etc.). Although they are taking their sweet time doing it.
Knowing there is an issue with flares right now, I am hesitant to talk about balance just yet. If balance issues exist when everything works as it should then certainly they should look at re-balancing but until that point I would hate to see them tinker with things that may cause more issues down the line.
