It's happening because some of the vehicles have the arrow keys hard coded for looking, and cannot be over-written. They need to remove this hard coding and allow over-writing of the command so that you'll be able to change the keybind.
The solution for right now (and possibly forever as I doubt they will fix this) has 2 options for you:
- use the arrow keys on your keypad for controlling your vehicles, instead of the regular arrow keys
- use an app that allows you to assign or change keystrokes to different keys on your keyboard, such as AutoHotKey (for example you can assign the default keybind that turns the vehicle to the left arrow key)
You must make certain that whichever keys you choose to turn in those affected vehicles, that it's not the regular arrow keys defined in-game. Use different keys, even the keypad arrows are ok to use...then use AutoHotKey to assign the keys you just chose for turning, to the arrow keys. When you do this, and then press ther arrow keys in game...you are tricking the game into not realizing that you are using the arrow keys as it thinks you are using whatever keys you assigned in-game for turning.

Thank you very very much!!
Problem solved!
I used the arrow keys on your keypad [num pad] for controlling your vehicles instead of the regular directional keys
I really appreciate that.

You're welcome :-)...there's the same problem with the SPACE key also being hard coded and not re-writeable. This forces you to use the space key to skip revive after deaths (you cannot re-bind it).
