One big issue with the aircraft with passenger seats is with in-flight repairs. Instead of allowing repairs in flight, they should only allow repairs if the aircraft lands. That would at least slow down the carnage, because getting out of LOS of AA is really easy on Exposure and it is not hard to avoid the Lis rockets.
