I will try again tomorrow. Support was useless. They cannot grasp the concept of how I own the game if they see no purchase in my account. Telling me I am lying even though I sent them screen shots of owning it. Telling me I can just buy the entire gold edition...
- carsono3114 years agoSeasoned Ace@TheDrunkenPuppet Oh man… I have had good experiences with them in the past. If you redeemed through Origin, they should be able to see that and assist you from there. I would think they could just credit you the cost of the base game toward the Gold…. Hmmm.

Ya, that's what I thought and I even sent the screen shot of the screen showing I own the standard and the Gold is $90 lol. In the past you never had to refund and re-purchase, you can just buy the upgrade. Maybe then just need to add in the option. Figured it would just recognize I have it already (which it does) then discount it while ordering it. I went all the way to final step in purchase and was still the $90. Ugh. Hopefully they can figure it out.
