Yeah I can remember how excited I was when they first mentioned Feedback Loops.
I wrongly assumed they would be a two way feedback loop on any subject between DICE and the community.
What we got was a predetermined single subject questionnaire style of survey.
And even the Feedback Loops seem to have been put on ice.

@RayD_O1may I once again reference my prediction regarding the feedback loop. So far, I am correct. Really curious how this post aged when I reflect back on it mid 2023 (made a screenshot and put a reminder in my calendar so that I won't forget and can find it again, even if it gets deleted 'by accident')

The silence only shows me that they don't know what they doing.
Maybe this game went way above their knowledge and don't want to admit it.
Every update needs an update to fix the previous update.
It would have been better to name this game "BATTLEFIELD ENDGAME"

I've worked in IT for a while and we have to provide outstanding customer communication to our customers, because if we don't, they leave. Guess we can't do that, but wouldn't a billion dollar company want to provide good customer experience anyway? Would it be so terrible to spend a couple of dollars to update us here on what's happening? I'd be fired in a week if I was this bad at communication.

I agree and it definitely is in any companies long term interest to ensure the customer has a good experience.

I still do work in IT and it is still expected to maintain communication. We couldn't afford DICE style of communication.
