DICE is even more of an internal mess than previously, maybe as a result of them retooling processes because Vince is having to remind them that videogames should be fun.
This really is a hilarious, sad, pathetic, state of affairs for a AAA studio 7 months post-launch for their most recent release in a franchise they've run for 20 years.
I'm hoping they've got insane things in the works they're just not talking about...because if the result of all this silence, of abandoning communications and not living up to their commitments to improve communication (another lie, I guess), is just "standard updates" then like...good freakin lord the old DICE we used to know and love is well and truly dead.
I don't even know what having 3-4 CM's working on this game do all day, because it's absolutely not communicating or engaging with the community.
Considering the reply's we have received from DICE in the past, I can see why the have been asked to keep their mouths shut.

- @sk1lld I also feel like this wouldn't even be the case if they fully communicated. The only reason their replies are an issue is due to the long gap of no communication, and then out of nowhere a dev's boiled up response comes out of nowhere and causes a stir.
Dice just needs to communicate on the regular like an actual human being. But every time they speak, they run away, and the fire grows.
