I understand the frustrations though; there are times I experience weirdness and just have to roll my eyes but I don't think they'd ever act on those patents. If you have some good examples feel free to post em here.

I believe in you guys. , Put yourself in the new player's shoes. Buy the game up to 2 years after launch (obviously there are many high skilled players on the server with you ) and you always get ya * handed to you on a plate, 9 people out of 10 will prob uninstall and move on very quickly. *Therefore potentially losing a paying customer skin packs etc. *So the reason in my eyes is to give the new guy a little boost for a little while then he may enjoy and be willing to part with his cash for skins etc.

Yes I know this hasn't been proven and has gone very quiet of recent but I too still have the same issues with low level players

My post is not to point fingers or accuse anyone of the above but this is MY VIEW & IS PURE SPECULATION on this matter
