Hipfire more accurate than ADS at close range?

I can confirm that the recoil on hipfire is many times lower than in ADS (playing on PC with mouse and keyboard).

@AssariarIts weird. Its almost seems like an oversight. Like they forgot to add hipfire specific recoil.
