@mihasha89 Hitreg is better (not fixed) on the 64 man maps, as there is less netcode confusion due to player density.
Still a huge issue for me. Almost feels completely random.
One second it takes me 20+ rounds to kill someone with an MP9, then the next I can take out 4x players with the same amount a few minutes later. All with hit markers.

Very true, that's the bit I can't understand either, it is never consistently one way or the other.
The game is pretty much unplayable when this is happening and it is certainly not enjoyable in this state.
DICE please sort this major issue asap.
- @Adamonic It’s a big issue right now. I have had some horrible experiences since season one update.
Same problem for me, shot a player in the back and it didn't register. He turned around and killed me. Hit reg in this game i broken.
