ALL THE TIME.
I will admit if I lose the gun fight due to whatever reason. Enemy has a quicker gun, better hit locations, or I just plain sucked and was too slow.
But often in these fights, when I see the persons information after I go down, they are still @ 100% health, when I KNOW I tagged them at least a couple times.
This will not be fixed. So if you do not like the current performance, it is not going to get any better because they refuse to address the underlying issues that cause these problems.

I've still got a hunch this is the result of them changing latency-compensation systems in the networking.
Remember the old, "Player experiences connection issues so their model freezes and they become immune to damage, and then their connection stabilizes and they shoot you in the back." from the first 4-5 months? I haven't seen that in ages now and it seems they've thankfully abandoned that system.
But this has cropped up in its place, where the TTK/TTD feels wildly off and inconsistent. You pop out and dump a quarter of a mag into someone, hitting with at least 5+ bullets which should at the very least bring them down to single-digit HP...nope, game says they've still got 40+ health and you're dead now.

just stop playing lol you might as well play with your eyes shut and hope for the best because what you are seeing is nothing like whats actually going on in real time.
This is what happens with a 45hz tick rate and tons of lag comensation.
its not getting fixed so move on to games worth you while or play with triple digit pings

The other thing that I've noticed with has nothing to do with lag comp, (but that's a HUGE issue) is when you toss a grenade, watch it fly toward 3-4 enemy and you die while it's in flight, scratch it. It's not going to go off. Bullcrap, it's already thrown, it should explode and count.
