Totally agree. The Aim Assist is over tuned as well, and that's in huge part because of crossplay being on by default. Snap to target needs to be reduced back to what it was in previous titles. The reduced recoil for controller players needs to be taken out of the game entirely. Whoever signed off on that one should be kicked in the shin at the beginning of every shift.
The other option is crossplay should be set to off by default. Otherwise, people typically leave settings on their default, and it'll muddy up the player pools again. There's enough players on both PC and Console to support each platform without any crossover.
