I have had the graphs on since launch. One thing to watch out for, your shots may be hitting someone who is already dead, and more than likely someone you are shooting at gets killed by someone else.
Outside of that scenario, you are correct, about 20% of my client hits do not register at the server. Pay more attention to it on 1v1 scenarios or test with bots. Any weapon with a high RoF my not counted hits at server increase. K30 it unusable for me because it takes an entire clip to kill someone when 3 shots are not registering at the server out of 8. It always results in me dying and they have 12 HP left.
