Home Base Engaging
Tanks and other vehicles shouldn’t be allowed to either sit in their home base and shoot people with no consequences nor should helicopters be allowed to come in and go to the opposing base to kills ...
I feel home bases should be accessible for enemy team and there should be incentive to defend your resources and secure spawns there. But that's just me, wanting more layers to gameplay loop.

It would be one thing if they game was actually designed around that concept, but it really isn't.
@Brooklyn074 Spawn camping has always been the cheesiest thing a team can do. I don't think enemy vehicles should have access to your home base, and that there should also be AA turrets to keep helicopters out of it.
I don't think there's any good game design to keep people form camping their own spawn, besides it doesn't do anything for your team. It's more of a map design issue than anything. The newer TOR tanks can be an issue with being able to snipe other vehicles across the map. Again, that could be solved probably with just map designs that cut off long sight lines.
I agree though, Stranded really stands out with it being an issue. That map seems to promote spawn camping. There's so many spots to break the line of sight, and it's hard to catch your breath when the enemy heli is just spamming your home base.

That is the exact excellent points you bring up there, which makes the whole difference!
I am in principle for the all out war and no limits, as long as its possible with 'legal means' within the game itself. So also we had maps in the past, where we could get spawn base trapped, so to speak and found it ok that we had to figure a way out of there and also defend our own vehicles when they spawned there.
But on those previous BF/maps, we had rich contents on them which we could use strategically and alternative routes on how to escape the enemy and we had abilities turn the whole game around.
Not so in this latest version, where you get trapped like fish in a barrel.
And the fisherman brings along unlimited dynamite. ;o)

Not to mention that stealth helo it just fly’s around in stealth jropping HE bombs and not enough people play as Rao to do anything about it, just like not enough players use support specialist to revive and resupply teammates. I’m old school been around since BF2 days and I miss the teamwork we use to have.
