Is it only me or do the hovercrafts stick to ground instead of well hovering?

Whoever approved the vehicle mechanic and specially hovercrafts as it is does not have a clue about any gaming or understanding of fun. Probably havent played the game more then 1 hour. This is so stupid really. Who did testing of this? I really dont know why im playing this game to be honest. Maybe for sake of money that i payed. You cant even kill the goddamn driver from front window in hovercraft. Its kinda bulletproof,.Clearly made for mocking players.
Community ManagerBulletproof does not mean impervious. Certainly not to heavy caliber ammunition. Small arms fire sure.

But seriously, how does one discover such thing as climbing walls in a hovercraft?
Player start pushing against the building while in a vehicle and boom up he goes?
I mean, how does one get an idea to even try something like that?
