How can I add my Xbox Series X friend on Origin

@ForceTheDoor It is still broken. I am on ps5 and can't add my buddy on Xbox x. I can see his profile but when I send request it says error. We have checked all of our settings but still does not work

All I know is that it does work because a friend of mine was able to invite someone from Xbox series S to play so keep trying.
