How can I obtain my ps5 battlefield pre ordered content after purchase?

can someone please guide me how can I obtain my pre order bonus content for my ps5 battlefield 2042? I did not receive anything from EA or Best Buy? Was purchased Nov 16th 2021 through Best Buy online?
