How Can I Play This Game Better?

First of all i would say, just don't get frustrated to much about your first experience in the Beta and how it feels at the fiest place.

Cause from the built of the Beta till the launch of the final game many things will change related to how the game and connection runs, the movement, weapon and vehicle balance ect.

So for sure get a new first experience then as well, maybe feels already better then, and still then over time the Team will change and balance stuff because of feedback that continues after launch.

Now to your actual question:

Well there is many tips and tricks for playing better.

The first and most important thing is to get used to the game and it's physics itself.

If you play any Weapon, keep playing it and get used to it like how the recoil is ect. to be better in controlling it and the handling in a gunfight.

Get used to the map and your surroundings, like where are ways to flank the enemy or where they could probably flank you from.

(map knowledge and your weapon handling are Nr. 1)

Another really important thing is, get the right settings for the controls, sound and display on the game!

Seriously, spend some time on a server (just in the base or somewhere) and go through all the settings and adjust them the way it feels best for you and also helps you a lot in certain situations if adjusted right. Check all of them and read what they change, cause some can make a big difference. 😉

On the other hand, there is just experience that makes you get better in certain things. Keep playing (and having fun of course), learn from your mistakes and keep staying with your team. Especially the squad. And communicate in a chat if you play with friends.

Also as soon as the game is released, some pretty good Battlefield players will make tutorials  on YT for settings and gameplay tips and tricks. So just search for them and you will find a lot, for ever type of class or vehicle there are Pro's around that share their knowledge. 🙌
