I have now found the “request a refund” page on EA website. But since I am passed the 24 hour window period (i launched the game on Friday) I am not eligible for a refund !!!
This is wholly unfair, since it took me a day or 2 to realize the game has just too many unacceptable issues (some took me hours to try and resolve, but to no avail).
Now where do I go to demand a refund!?
- 4 years ago@kompete You may have to contact EA directly and see if they'll respond. Honestly this should be a lesson to us all. We should never preorder a game. I certainly won't ever again. Vote with your dollar. It seems to be the only way people pay attention anymore.

Just chatted to one of their agents online - and will get the refund in 7 days; however they immediately removed the game from my Origin library!
Pro: I got the refund quite easily
Con: I wasted hours on a Beta and more on a game that was never ready for release
I will come back in 6 months when they hopefully have a game. I purchased and played almost every release of BF; this is the worst
Cheers

Nice to see they are giving out refunds past the "window". I might be doing the same.
