@kompete You may have to contact EA directly and see if they'll respond. Honestly this should be a lesson to us all. We should never preorder a game. I certainly won't ever again. Vote with your dollar. It seems to be the only way people pay attention anymore.
Just chatted to one of their agents online - and will get the refund in 7 days; however they immediately removed the game from my Origin library!
Pro: I got the refund quite easily
Con: I wasted hours on a Beta and more on a game that was never ready for release
I will come back in 6 months when they hopefully have a game. I purchased and played almost every release of BF; this is the worst

Nice to see they are giving out refunds past the "window". I might be doing the same.
