How do you 'disrupt' with the recon drone?
In the specialist's description, it says 'disrupt, spot and spot assists' as stuff that ranks toward mastery. How does one 'disrupt'?

You first need to get close enough to something electronic
Then zoom in on it and you will get a lock on message. Then fire.
