How do you do the VIP highlight?

Trying to create a game mode with lots of smoke and I want 1 player to be able to see through the smoke.

He has sonar grenades and I want spotted players to have the same highlight as the VIP (pretty sure they just using the highlight of your killer when you die)

Does anyone know how you set / trigger that sort of highlight?

@Z1NTH0S Most likely using the SpotTarget which you find under "Gameplay" in the rules editor.

@FastBuddha I think the SpotTarget is just for the mini map

no, I tested it just now. As you can see in the picture below, all enemies and teammates are highlighted red. (i just made all of them to make it quick).
