You can get up to 12 ribbons per round and exiting and reentering counts towards your objective so things like spots and assists can make it very quick if game time is limited.

I wasn't having ribbons counted when I tried with my own experiences. Really hope it doesn't work with those XP farms.
Ribbon counts are restricted to 12 per round. So at a minimum, you need to play 5 rounds to complete it. However, an average player probably gets 4-5 ribbons per game, so they would need 15-20 rounds to achieve the 60.
The fact that players have to go to Coop to complete this shows how worthless the missions are.
