I play Casper and Breakthrough mostly. There's a lot that would help make the game better, but most of the more important ones are game overall. For instance, if I see an enemy, only his head, and I hit him, how is it not a headshot? My head, OTOH, basically is from my knees to the top of my head.
But, my biggest gripe about this game right now (other than dumb players which is out of the Devs hands) is controls. All of them. I've never played a FPS where I've questioned the controls as much as this one. I don't want to fight with opening that door. Hit E (cuz I'm PC) and that door better open. Most of the times it does not. Hit space to deploy the parachute? If I'm lucky. I'm cutting it close because I don't want to be a sitting duck gliding around like that but then it had better be responsive when I need to cut it close. Not good enough. All of the controls feel unresponsive.
But wait, there's more. Spawning. I don't know what's happening here, but I didn't click on the helicopter to spawn, I clicked on B1, which took a while because I didn't want to spawn on my squadmates this time, but their boxes were so large that actually clicking on B1 took a bit. But this time (and many others) I'm spawning in places I most certainly did NOT click on and TBH, I had no idea where I was for a second.
And then there's loadouts. We've experienced the blank loadout where there's nothing selectable at all, but I just got out of a game where none of the loadouts were what I had already used. Completely different, maybe even defaulted. I'm not sure.
I bring this stuff up because this is the BASIC stuff (except the headshot thing). Controls are the core of FPS and even this is done poorly. I feel like a HPB again which will tell you how long I've been playing FPS. Fixing this is a start. There's more but all of that is meaningless until these fundamental issues are addressed.
