So I am sure many of you are hyped and maybe even preordered the game already. Great! Honestly, I am quite excited to play a new game and even though the later games let me down a bit, I have enough nostalgia from older BF games that I do look forward to Battlefield 2042.Anyways, I'm not here to discuss nostalgia and hype, I am here to ask you: how do you prepare for the next Battlefield game?Personally, I'm playing a lot of Escape from Tarkov right now and I might start Battlefield 4 again in a while. I feel Tarkov will give me a tactical advantage: you really learn to keep your aim up to date in that game, and BF4 will just give me that overall Battlefield sense and lets me adjust to the vehicle gameplay. Since I am an all-rounder, I always try to use all kinds of vehicles and weapons and preparing a bit will hopefully help me get that combat advantage over most people. Maybe I take it all a bit too serious, but that's just how I like my gaming: to dominate.

@infantrypeasantBFV and BF4 multiplayer.
- BFV for the movement, gunplay, and general gameplay.
- BF4 for the vehicles, mainly the helos. However, if you just wanted to play one game, I would say play this one due to the influx of hype players.
- Play both / either for the overall experience, game modes, and understanding of the game.

@infantrypeasantwell, when the full game is being released I have uninstalled Battlefield V and Battlefield 4.
Battlefield V I am plaving in case of the actual movement, ttk and vehicle gameplay and Battlefield 4 just for the lore and air units and just for fun.

Been applying wd40 to the inside of my bucket every 24 hours since the start of the month. Water repulsion is paramount in an efficient cleaning procedure. Always wipe, never wash (kinda like a wok).
Upped my deadlift weight to about 180kg. This is the perfect exercise to build a strong core muscle group ESSENTIAL for Battlefield™ I can't expect my character to t-bag at 300rpm if I can't.

So far with the leaked gameplay, the TTK is far beyond the traditional BF1,4 and 5, in short, I love that they're rising the skill level ceiling and personally, I've struggled with my aim recently. So, I've been training my tracking and aim overall. Even tho COD is somewhat alike, I fell that Apex is more similar in gunplay and movement mechanics, tracking and flicking are requirements for excellent results.

@infantrypeasant Trying to get a 3080 Ti at a price I am content to pay for. Other than that just playing BFV to keep my gun skills sharp as I expect the gunplay to be very similar. Was also playing BF4 to brush up on chopper but that was like riding bike.

Like Prep768 I've been shining the old "success" bucket. I'm also improving my planning and tactical thinking by playing The Sims 4 (just bought the pets expansion and have a new kitten to train).

Been playing a little bit of BFV and BF4 too, but not that heavily.

Enjoying some bf4 action and bought an evga 3060 xc 12g ram ddr6 after some performance issues with my crappy 1060 6g in the tech test !! Price a bit over priced but since gpu shortage will last till 2023 and maybe more i made the move as i expect price to go higher overtime !!
