1. Ensure that your EA account and your PSN account are linked.https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/link-your-console-accounts/
2. Once the code comes in, you should be able to redeem the code through Origin and then download the associated product / Beta through the PlayStation Store on your PS4.
3. Once the download finishes and the day of Early Access comes, you should be good to go once the servers go live!
