How is this game "Live Service"?

@OskooI_007 But doesn't this include hotfixing critical bugs and such? I want to play the game but half through the first game the performance drops from 90 - 40 fps, and I have to restart the game do fix it. How can they leave this for months like this...
I guess fixing bugs is hard, but making new cosmetics is easy. EA hasn't figured out a way to sell bug fixes in the store yet.
