@ConnorPriola Theoretically. But remember, they announced they were working to bring Portal weapons over to AOW, weapons that already exist. Sure they need to be hooked up to the mod system and given progression tracks and that takes some time to implement/QA, but we're 3 months out from when those were announced and we're still waiting to hear more info on it.
But I agree, the BSV is really weird in that it's the only "dual-role" gun in the game. It's both an effective DMR and an effective AR/SMG depending on its mods and I can't think of any other weapon that has any functionality like that. If it was notably weaker as a DMR/AR/SMG vs. other weapons that'd make a lot more sense as the flexibility is huge.

I absolutely agree that the dev team is working incredibly slowly, most likely because there are very few devs left working on the game, but that's why I made the post in the first place. I feel it's a more reasonable expectation than them adding tons of content, whether it be ported from portal, or just completely new. Kinda a win win for everyone. They do less work, and we get "more" content.
