It's in the same menu where you change the name of an Experience. The same menu where it comes up when you create a new one.
It's the icon that looks like a file folder with a gear or an asterisk if I remember correctly. Once you open that, there are 3 dots at the bottom left of that popup that you click. It will bring up an option to delete, duplicate, etc.
....just looked at your attached image. That's the file folder icon I was speaking of that you can view on the Portal website.

This is what you use when you only want to share your Experiences but don't want others to access the settings, copy it, etc.
What you'll need to do is get the originator to share the URL of when they access the Experience. With this you should be able to have access to the Experience and then be able to Duplicate it through the normal process.

this is the kind of restrictive, broken issues that cause me to walk away and look for another better gaming experience.
