Yeah, pretty much my experience depicted in real life. 3 minutes of hope followed by a pre-determined destination, no refund because I played the unfinished game when I paid for a full game. This is a joke.
@GrothakTheStrong The jokes on them because I don't like being screwed over, I buy a lot of games and I'll be finding somewhere else to buy them.
You can appeal the decision and explain your reasons. Basically if you have played for more than 2hrs an automated response says no refund. BUT, a human can sort it out for you.
