How to play a Bot match in Portal with 127 bots?

I just want to play a conquest large or full scale breakthrough solo game with a full lobby of bots. I put the player limit on 128 and put the bots on PvP bots, yet when I play the match, there are ...

@davidpiksi If you are the only one who's going to play, change the bots to PvE, and then change the PvE AI Count.

    @davidpiksi Well, with 128 player server, the default is 64players on each team. If you want more bots on one of the teams, you need to unlink the team distribution setting under "game mode details" and then change the balance between the teams. If that doesn't work then there's probably some limitations to the amount of bots you can have.
