All those passengers jumping out and not one of them an engineer to repair the tank.

@FlibberMeister why would any player choose the repair tool instead of C5,FXMAA,M5, spwanbecon, etc...
on top your ability to repair a vehicle relies then on you finding a vehicle and the driver even noticing what you are doing instead of just driving away leaving you as the * you are out in the open as cannon fodder.....

I go repair tool + Irish and working with my group we're generally able to keep our vehicle up for most of, if not, an entire round.
i don't bother trying to repair land vehicles. they just drive away

but I run mechanic, to keep tanks alive, I can keep a tank alive in a firefight against another tank. So I think it’s worth it.

- @X-Sunslayer-X The only advantage is that you earn logistics ribbons for repairing. Too bad your seat doesn't have a driver seat saved time limit to let you reenter an AFV driver seat after exiting to repair it.
