He has the xbox series X and has crossplay enabled. But we cant seem to find a way to add each other in game.
- ElliotLH3 years agoHero+@the_Ki11aBEE But are they loading that version of the game or are the playing the Xbox One version? There are two versions on console, only one of which can crossplay with PC, so this is quite often the culprit.
- 3 years ago@ElliotLH he says he has crossplay enabled, so i assume he has the right version. Otherwise there wouldnt even be a crossplay option

@the_Ki11aBEE Both versions have crossplay (the last gen one is PS4/Xbox), so that's not a good indicator unfortunately. The simplest way to check is whether the Xbox tile has "X/S" in the bottom left corner. If it does, then they're loading the right version.
Edit: Here's a photo of my Xbox home screen so you can see how both versions look, in case it helps at all.

its a bit confusing but there is a seperate menue here is a step by step as to how it should work
- click on socials
- top left is a submenue called "invitations" go there
- now you are in a menue with a searchbar. insert friends Xbox ID there and press Enter
- you should be able to find him in that list
- leftclick on the nametag and add as friend
- your friend should have an invitation showing up in the same menue

oh i did try that, and tried it aghain as u explained and it says no players matched the search criteria.
Thats the part i dont get. I think on PC it searches for EA tag players, not consoles. Man this is frustrating. Any other tips to try?
