How to transfer trophies from PS4 to PS5?

I had a PS4 and played Battlefield 2042 Ultimate Edition on it. I earned a few trophies. Now I have a PS5 and 0 trophies in game. How can I transfer trophies earned on PS4 to PS5?

The trophies carried over to the PS5, but with a slight delay.

@Pan_Wolf_PL Sorry to say that, as above, trophies don't carry over.

How short a delay? Been a fairly long delay and no transfer here. I’m getting new ones but the old ones are still on the PS4 version.
