Squad reviving gave a ton of power to clans in BF5 but in 2042 it seems that everyone can revive everyone else which may make a big difference to the advantage that clans had in BF5.

The advantage of a friends team is, that they are used to use voice communication, and that they already agreed on a common language.
Clans stick together. They're going in to the game already co-ordinated. Randoms generally do not. It doesn't matter how much you want to stick together and play as a team, randoms are generally not playing that way and want to do their own things. So yes, Squad revive is available to everyone but more often than not, your squad mates aren't anywhere near you unless you are lucky enough to find squad mates that do want to play as a squad. That is, unfortunately a rarity.
Like I said, the ideal response would not to be diminish the effectiveness of clan stacks but to improve the capacity in which random players can communicate with each other and work together. It is ridiculous that a game released in 2018 has no way for me to effectively communicate with the people right next to me and that is a major and fundamental problem regardless of clan stacking.
