There is no lock on process for the dart, so the target cannot react to it before they get the designated message
The dart can be used on terrain or infantry.
The point of the OP is that the dart designation used to last for 40 secs. Back then it was overkill when combined with the original velocity of this thing.
But right now neither the velocity nor the time the designation lasts are worth as far as vehicles are concerned.
So the dart has been downgraded to a creative way of trolling snipers with darts and Javelins
